Sambo Seminar
In 2 weeks time I’m going to Netherlands, Groningen with Sambo seminar. I’m going to cover grips like 2 on 1, Georgian grip and throw from this grips . Also going to teach transitions fro standing to ground with submissions, ground fighting and at the end of the seminar we going to work on some conditioning drills using kettlebells and resistance bands
